Why do we need another app to do with the original app was already doing?? I was about to reply on a message a friend sent me with the original PlayStation app when it advised me That I had to download another app just to chat!! what the...??? PlayStation you dont need another app to chat! put it back the way it was. Im sure you have the technology.

Not worth your time!
This app is the absolute worst messaging system out there. Its super glitchy and it gave me diabetes. I love Sony but this is absolutely terrible. Please if you have a brain do not get this app because there is a large chance it will also give you AIDS.
Crashing too Frequently
Waste of an app, it was far easier when the messaging was on the PlayStation app and not separated.
