This was the last straw, I am done with Sony and all their BS awful services. I cant wait to start playing on PC and throw out this junk ps4 system. They cant even make a functional app, and then they decided to make a separate app for messaging. Anyone who works for this sinister corporation deserves to suffer.

I cant search for a player to text because I cant connect to your network. Trash trash trash.

Whenever I try to find someone to send a message it always says "Cannot connect to the network" worked perfect before these updates and now it doesnt work at all. Please fix this, thanks.

Its not the best they can produce Xbox has a better app but its better than nothing.

After this crappy update, I cant load into the app and when It does load, it says the network is unavailable. If you want to fix massages, PIT IT BACK INTO THE PLAYSTATION APP WHERE IT BELONGS!!!

App doesnt load, starts up and the circle loading icon spirals for as long as I had the app open, and I couldnt access any of my messages

At first I didnt want to use a separate app to keep in touch with my friends on PS4 but I did. It wasnt as bad until something dropped the ball with the new update. Now I cant even message my friends via mobile phone and when I try to go on PS app I have to use the messenger app to keep in touch. Now thats ludicrous, I deleted the app but Sony botched this one

App doesnt refresh...

My app has been updating for an hour, but get this, everytime it updates it starts over for no reason. Why cant I just check a message? Put the messenger app back on the original app.

This is total BS. It wont load my messages. Please fix

Separating apps. Annoying. But ok. Then update comes. And it crashes. Then unable to re download after deleting. Typical Sony. Shade tree devices and software.

I like to text my friends with this app because its a lot quicker than using my ps4

Really great work and potential but most of the points should be improved to make it more accurate and accessible....!!! But overall, you guys are making it more stable..!!

Its a 3 step process 1. Try to send message 2. Cannot send message 3. Try not to loose sanity

This app will not let me connect to my messages anymore.

Its so crappy like how do you not try to improve an app. Cant even send messages. Kind of the point of the app.

Sony dropped the ball yet again, making us download two apps when one would easily suffice.

This is a good app but you need to fix this, cant write messages or leave groups or receive messages

If I could give this no stars i would. Im so done with ps
