Why not just message in the playstation app

Hello. Increase messages refresh rate, please. I receive messages first on ps4 system, and only then in application. Even then I see them in notifications area, I cant see that messages in application. In connection status bar connection always in offline state. Because of that I dont understand do I have any problems with connection. Its a bit confusing. Thank you!

Just reinstall the app to solve problem with crashing on start.

The app has been great so far until recently I havent bee able to open it. It would show the loading screen then cut to the home screen. Ive tried restarting it, hard restart and just re-downloading the app but it doesnt seem to work. Please fix.

Literally wont load peoples names most of the time. When I go to search someones name it gives a red error bar at the top of the app. Messages can be delayed but usually isnt too bad. I also do not like how you cannot seem to actually DELETE conversations. Why keep all that? If I leave or want to delete that means I no longer need or want all that clutter. I have given up and just suffer the pain of typing on the PlayStation.

It crashes everytime on iPhone 6S!!

I had the same problem with app closing so I deleted the app and re-downloaded it now Im having no issues figured it might help some of you.

This used to work good now its completely trash. Update it maybe it will be good again.

Worked fine till iOS 10 update, now wont even open...

This app needs a major overhaul. I dont think Sony cares about this app at all given that its been crashing for days and yet no updates. Fix this Sony.

Every time I open the app it crashes. Why did you have to slip one app into two?!

Worked fine until new iOS update. Tried the fix some users suggested (delete/reinstall) but to no avail. Wont connect most of the time, but when it does...I cant message people who arent on friend list. Gives BS messages about "cannot connect to the network". This is even while playing games, so I know its not my side with the problem. App needs a hotfix

The ps message app is amazing and all features are great. Like the similar update it be amazing if we can see deleted messages.

Why force people to use some garbage app when it doesnt even function..

I cant even get the app to open anymore. Extremely unstable. I also cant even delete it! So its stuck on my phone. Fix it so I can get rid of it

Crashes on launch, doesnt load, wont refresh... I can go on but right now, these are making the app impossible. PLEASE FIX!
